Compiled by members of the University of Alberta’s human geography and planning department, the list uses Edmonton’s Open Data catalogue to analyze the best neighbourhoods for millennials based on the criteria of livability, transit accessibility, nearby schools and post secondary institutions, recreational facilities and libraries, shopping amenities, bike lanes, and other topics.

Edmontonians love neighbourhoods that are full of charm and character; and Village at Griesbach stands above all the other new communities based on these critera. The vision for Village at Griesbach is to create a vibrant community that generates enduring value for its homeowners by blending timeless architecture, superior lifestyle amenities, and historical legacy.
